You agree not to:
Misuse the site
Attempt unauthorized access
Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
We may modify or discontinue site features at any time.
2. Quotes and Services
All quotes provided online or by message are estimates. Final pricing may change after physical inspection.
Some repairs and services are subject to additional fees, such as a “extended service fee” for repairs/services performed outside of our service area
We reserve the right to decline service for any device.
Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary.
Services provided do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree that any information you submit (name, device, issue, address, etc.) is accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
4. Refund Policy
Service/mobile/diagnostic fees are generally non-refundable.
If a repair cannot be completed, you will be informed, and any pre-payment for parts and/or labor may be refunded at our discretion.
Refunds for parts/accessories are only issued if they are unused and in original condition, and only when permitted by our parts supplier. Parts/accessories are subject to inspection and refunded at our discretion
5. Warranty Policy
Repairs may include a limited warranty covering the specific part replaced and/or the repair workmanship for a defined period. Some repairs are not eligible for warranty, but may be eligible for a discount if the repair is needed again at a later time.
Warranty repairs are subject to an additional mobile/diagnostic fee
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage after the repair (cracks, internal cracks, etc.)
Water or liquid exposure
Previous or unrelated issues
Third-party tampering after service
Warranty service requires that the device is inspected for eligibility.
Warranty does not guarantee a refund; it generally provides a re-repair or part replacement when applicable.
6. Repair Disclaimers
By submitting a device for repair, you acknowledge and agree that:
a. Pre-Existing Damage
Devices with existing damage (cracks, bends, liquid exposure, missing components, etc.) may worsen during repair.
We are not responsible for issues that occur due to pre-existing conditions. Customers will be notified of any pre-existing issues found during repairs.
b. Data Loss & Incidental Damage
Although we take reasonable precautions, certain repairs involve inherent risks including data loss, component failure, or additional damage.
Customer assumes all risk of data loss. Tech Reviver is not liable for data loss, software corruption, account issues, or incidental damage resulting from necessary repair procedures, except as required by applicable law.
Due to design decisions by manufacturers, some devices are exceptionally difficult or risky to repair. This can lead to unintentional damage or issues during repairs. Known issues with certain devices will generally be mentioned prior to repair and Tech Reviver will not assume responsibility or cover repair costs for such damage. Some repairs may have higher pricing or different warranty terms due to this.
Some examples include but are not limited to:
iPad Pro 9.7” and 10.5” screens
Some Microsoft Surface Tablet/Laptop screens
Android phone back glass
We are not responsible for loss of data, software corruption, or account-related issues resulting from service. Customers should back up their data before service.
c. Device Lockout and Payment Delays
In some cases, devices (including but not limited to smartphones and tablets) may become temporarily locked, disabled, or restricted due to repeated incorrect passcode attempts, screen malfunction, biometric failure, or security protection mechanisms.
The customer acknowledges that such lockouts may limit access to banking applications, digital wallets, tap-to-pay services, or other payment methods.
Tech Reviver is not responsible for delays, financial inconvenience, account restrictions, or temporary loss of access resulting from device lockout conditions.
If a device becomes locked or payment cannot be completed due to device restriction, Tech Reviver reserves the right to retain possession of the device until:
Full payment is made through an alternate approved method; or
The device lockout period expires and payment can be completed.
Devices will not be released until payment has been received in full.
Failure to complete payment within 60 days due to lockout may result in the device being treated as unclaimed property under the Abandoned Property section of these Terms.
d. Third-Party Parts
If OEM parts are unavailable or prohibitively expensive, high-quality third-party parts may be used.
OEM performance or cosmetic matches are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Color tone, brightness, battery health metrics, biometric functionality, or software compatibility may differ from original manufacturer specifications when third-party parts are used.
e. Device Functionality After Repair
Some devices may experience additional failures unrelated to the repair performed. This is more common in devices with liquid damage and other severe physical damage. There also may be limited or altered functionality to certain hardware or features after a repair due to the type of parts used and part serialization.
We do not guarantee that repairs will restore a device to original factory condition or extend the overall lifespan of the device.
We are not responsible for unrelated post-repair failures, issues, or altered functionality.
f. Waterproofing
While we take measures to keep devices as close to factory as possible, any device that was water-resistant before a repair will no longer be considered water-resistant afterward and is recommended to keep away from any liquids.
We are not responsible for any damage by liquid after a repair.
7. Off-site / Mail-in Services
Some services or repairs may be performed off-site or involve devices being mailed to Tech Reviver. These services may be subject to different pricing, warranty terms, turnaround times, and policies, which will be communicated prior to service when applicable.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging and shipping of mailed devices. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier once the device is delivered to the shipping provider.
Devices that remain unclaimed or unpaid for more than sixty (60) days after completion notice may be considered abandoned property. Tech Reviver reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees and may recycle, dispose of, or otherwise recover costs associated with abandoned devices in accordance with applicable Georgia law.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.
9. Onsite Service and Conditions
For services performed at a customer’s residence or location, the customer agrees to provide a safe and suitable working environment.
By scheduling onsite service, the customer grants ATL Tech Reviver LLC (Tech Reviver) permission to park service vehicles in a reasonably accessible and lawful area near the service location and to enter the premises for the purpose of performing the requested services. The customer affirms that they are the property owner or have obtained proper authorization from the property owner or responsible party to grant such access.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.
We are not responsible for injury, property damage, towing, fines, or delays caused by unsafe, restricted, improperly authorized, or undisclosed conditions at the service location.
10. Device Ownership and Authorization
By submitting a device for service, the customer represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner of the device or have obtained full authorization from the lawful owner to request service.
The customer further represents that the device is not lost, stolen, or subject to any third-party ownership interest, lease agreement, or carrier restriction that would prohibit repair or modification.
Tech Reviver reserves the right to refuse service if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ATL Tech Reviver LLC (Tech Reviver) from any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from false representation of ownership or lack of proper authorization.
11. Authorization to Access Accounts
Customer authorizes Tech Reviver to access device accounts, cloud services, and system settings solely for the purpose of completing requested services.
Tech Reviver does not assume responsibility for account security following service completion. Customers are responsible for changing passwords and reviewing account access after service.
12. Media Documentation
We may document repairs using photos or video for internal recordkeeping and quality assurance.
Public posting of repair content will occur only with customer permission.
By agreeing to service, the customer acknowledges that internal documentation may occur.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law:
Tech Reviver is not liable for lost data, lost profits, device failures, or incidental or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from or relating to services provided by Tech Reviver shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Georgia, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
The parties waive the right to trial by jury and agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy.
Arbitration shall take place in the county where Tech Reviver is located unless otherwise agreed.
Claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
15. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Reviver from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the device after service, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or violations of applicable laws involving the device.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Intellectual Property
All logos, text, branding, images, and website elements belong to Tech Reviver unless otherwise stated.

Our website may integrate with third-party platforms (quote forms, scheduling systems, analytics, etc.).
Their policies apply separately.
19. Termination
We may restrict or terminate website access and refuse service at any time for violations of these terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service for devices suspected to be stolen, involved in unlawful activity, or containing illegal content.
