By using the Tech Reviver website or requesting service, you agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Warranty Policy.
1. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
Misuse the site
Attempt unauthorized access
Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
We may modify or discontinue site features at any time.
2. Quotes and Services
All quotes provided online or by message are estimates. Final pricing may change after physical inspection.
Some repairs and services are subject to additional fees, such as an extended service fee for repairs/services performed outside of our service area.
We reserve the right to decline service for any device.
Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary.
Services provided do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree that any information you submit (name, device, issue, address, etc.) is accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
4. Refund Policy
Service, mobile, and diagnostic fees are generally non-refundable.
If a repair cannot be completed, you will be informed, and any pre-payment for parts and/or labor may be refunded at our discretion.
Refunds for parts/accessories are only issued if they are unused and in original condition, and only when permitted by our parts supplier. Parts/accessories are subject to inspection and refunded at our discretion.
5. Warranty Policy
Repairs performed by Tech Reviver may include a limited warranty covering the specific part replaced and/or the repair workmanship for a defined period.

By proceeding with service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only and applies only to the repaired component
Not all parts or repairs are eligible for warranty; eligibility may vary based on part quality and sourcing
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval at the sole discretion of Tech Reviver
Warranty service covers parts and labor only; a mobile/diagnostic service fee may apply
Additional charges may apply for service outside of the standard service area
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, software-related issues, or data loss
Devices with pre-existing damage or structural issues may not be eligible for warranty
Warranty repairs must be scheduled during normal business availability and are not guaranteed to be immediate
Additional Notes:
Warranty generally provides a re-repair or replacement, not a refund
Warranty coverage must align with supplier/manufacturer defect standards where applicable
Tech Reviver reserves the right to approve or deny warranty claims in accordance with the full Warranty Policy
6. Repair Disclaimers
By submitting a device for repair, you acknowledge and agree that:
a. Pre-Existing Damage
Devices with existing damage (cracks, bends, liquid exposure, missing components, etc.) may worsen during repair.
Devices with prior damage may have an increased risk of additional failure during repair.
We are not responsible for issues that occur due to pre-existing conditions.
b. Data Loss & Incidental Damage
Although we take reasonable precautions, certain repairs involve inherent risks including data loss, component failure, or additional damage.
Customers assume all risk of data loss.
Tech Reviver is not liable for data loss, software corruption, account issues, or incidental damage resulting from necessary repair procedures, except as required by applicable law.
Customers should back up their data before service.
c. Device Lockout and Payment Delays
Devices may become locked, disabled, or restricted due to passcode attempts, hardware issues, or security protections.
Tech Reviver is not responsible for delays or financial inconvenience caused by device lockouts.
We may retain possession of the device until:
Full payment is completed through an alternate method; or
The lockout period expires
Devices will not be released until payment is received in full.
d. Third-Party Parts
If OEM parts are unavailable or cost-prohibitive, high-quality third-party parts may be used.
OEM performance or cosmetic matches are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Differences may include color tone, brightness, battery health reporting, biometric function, or software compatibility.
e. Device Functionality After Repair
Repairs may not restore a device to original factory condition.
Additional failures may occur, especially in devices with prior damage or liquid exposure.
We are not responsible for unrelated post-repair issues.
f. Waterproofing
Devices are no longer considered water-resistant after repair.
We are not responsible for liquid damage after service.
7. Mail-In Services
Mail-in repair services are offered for certain eligible devices and repair types.
Customer Responsibility to Follow Instructions
Customers are required to follow all mail-in instructions provided by Tech Reviver, including those outlined on the mail-in repair page and in any communication prior to shipment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays, refusal of service, additional charges, or denial of claims related to shipping or device condition.
Approval Required
Devices must not be shipped without prior approval. Devices sent without approval may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Labels
We may generate a shipping label on your behalf. Shipping costs must be paid before the label is issued.
Customer Shipping Responsibility (Inbound)
Customers are responsible for:
Proper packaging using a rigid box
Securing the device to prevent movement
Documenting device condition prior to shipment
Customer assumes all risk for shipping to us.
We are not liable for shipping damage, loss, or condition disputes if packaging or documentation is insufficient.
Condition on Arrival
Device condition is determined based on inspection and documentation taken upon arrival.
Inspection and Estimates
All quotes are estimates until physical inspection.
If additional issues are found, we will contact you before proceeding when appropriate.
Service Timing
Mail-in services are not guaranteed to be inspected, quoted, or completed immediately.
These repairs are generally lower priority and may be delayed due to shipping, workload, or communication.
Diagnostic Fees
A diagnostic fee (typically up to $40) may apply if a repair is declined or differs from the original request.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are added to the final invoice.
Full payment must be received before the device is shipped.
We will package and document the device before return shipment.
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
Refusal of Service
We may refuse or return devices that:
Do not meet shipping or safety requirements
Contain hazardous conditions (including swollen batteries)
Are outside the scope of our services
8. Abandoned Property
Devices not claimed or paid for within 60 days after completion notice may be considered abandoned.
We reserve the right to charge storage fees and dispose of such devices in accordance with Georgia law.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including weather, outages, supply chain issues, or carrier delays.
10. Onsite Service and Conditions
Customers must provide a safe and suitable working environment.
By scheduling service, you grant permission for us to access the premises and perform work.
We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
11. Device Ownership and Authorization
You confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the device.
We may refuse service if ownership cannot be verified.
12. Authorization to Access Accounts
You authorize access to device systems only as needed to perform service.
You are responsible for account security after service.
13. Media Documentation
We may document repairs for internal purposes.
Public sharing requires customer permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law:
We are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Disputes will first attempt informal resolution.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Georgia.
You waive the right to a jury trial and class action.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tech Reviver harmless from claims arising from misuse, inaccurate information, or unlawful activity.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
18. Intellectual Property
All website content belongs to Tech Reviver and may not be reused without permission.
19. Third-Party Services
Third-party tools may be used and have their own policies.
20. Accessibility
